Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is applicable for any new resident who signs a reservation form to enter into a new Lease (Reservation) of an independent living apartment at The Pines between 1 July 2025 and 31 October 2025 and settles on or before 30 January 2026 (the Promotional Period).
2. This promotion does not apply to:
a. Anyone who has signed a Reservation for any apartment at The Pines prior to 1 July 2025.
b. Existing residents transferring from one Pines apartment to another Pines apartment.
c. Leases of apartments which are not held by mecwacare.
3. You will not be required to pay the Service Charge, being the amount specified in your Reservation, for a period of one year (12months).
4. This promotion does not apply to any Additional Service Fees, as recorded in your Reservation (or which you subsequently request), being fees charged for any additional services you choose to request that we provide to you.
5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any information shown on any printed or digital material or representations by any agent of The Pines, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
6. By signing a Reservation during this Promotional Period, you agree to and accept all these Terms and Conditions.
7. This offer is at the mecwacare’s sole discretion and mecwacare reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time before acceptance without prior notification.
