Our Model of Care

Our care model has a strong clinical focus, with registered and enrolled nurses supporting aged care homes, in-home care, quality and risk, learning and development and clinical innovation.

Statement of Rights

The Statement of Rights outlines the rights of older people receiving Australian Government-funded aged care services. It helps ensure that every person is treated with dignity and respect, can make informed choices about their care, and is supported to live independently and stay connected to their community.

The Statement of Rights replaced the Charter of Aged Care Rights on 1 November 2025 under the Aged Care Act 2024.
