The Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) helps younger people living with disability continue living independently at home while staying connected to their community and the things that matter to them.

Personal care
Domestic assistance
Meal preparation
Property maintenance
Respite care
Transport

Who is eligible?

HACC PYP is available to:

People from birth to 65 years of age
Aboriginal people from birth to 50 years of age
