Salary packaging is a tax concession provided to the not-for-profit charity sector. It enables staff to earn up to $15,999 per annum tax-free, in addition to the normal tax-free threshold.

Board Scholarships
Every year, the mecwacare Board of Directors allocate up to $10,000 for scholarships awarded to staff in order to conduct further training, whether it be through a seminar, short course or even a tertiary qualification.
