We are a values-based, care-driven organisation that provides residential services, community and in-home nursing, and care and support services for the elderly and those with a disability.

In Profile: Spotlight on Kathryn Hunter

Congratulations to Kathryn Hunter, finalist in the 2021 Victorian ACSA Awards Employee of the Year category. Kathryn’s determination, commitment and dedication have produced an extraordinary career progression – earning mecwacare’s support every step of the way. Kathryn started at mecwacare 8½ years ago as an enrolled nurse and unit supervisor. Her proficiency and passion were quickly recognised and she has studied and worked her way to becoming a Facility/Clinical Manager at John Atchison Centre in Hoppers Crossing.
