Golf Charity Day 2026 – Player Registration

Thank you for supporting our Charity Golf Day, taking place on Monday, 2 March 2026.

We are very excited to have your organisation participate in our main fundraising and networking event. To enter your team information please fill in the form below. If you are entering information for more than one team, please complete a separate form for each team and re-submitting; noting the form will refresh once you submit each team’s details.

Please only submit official handicaps, if a player does not have a handicap please enter not applicable to that team members details.  Teams consist of four players, please provide the player and contact details below. (NB: Teams of four are required for ambrose golf games. If you do not have a team of four, we will endeavour to match you with another group or player).
