Mecwacare’s Support at Home services help older Australians continue living safely, independently and confidently in the homes and communities they know and love.

Services to support your wellbeing

Stay well and independent

From assistance with personal care to nursing and allied health services, we provide tailored support designed around your individual needs and goals.

Feel safe at home

We can assist with domestic tasks, home maintenance, modifications and assistive technology to help create a safe and accessible environment.

Stay connected

Through transport services, social support and opportunities for community participation, we help you stay connected to the people, places and activities that matter most.

Getting started

The Australian Government’s Support at Home program helps eligible older Australians access funded services that support independence, wellbeing and quality of life at home.
