mecwacare provides the following services under the Home Care Packages program:

  • Care and support to keep you well and independent – including personal care, nursing services and allied health.
  • Support to keep you safe in your home – including cleaning, home maintenance and modifications, and assistive technology.
  • Assistance to keep you connected to your community – including transport and social support services.

mecwacare’s Home Care Packages are available across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Your Home Care Packages journey can feel overwhelming, but our friendly team are experts in supporting you every step of the way.

Please call the federal government’s My Aged Care on 1800 200 422, or visit My Aged Care.

The My Aged Care contact centre will discuss your needs and complete the application while you are on the phone.

Do you need an interpreter?
