One key feature of mecwacare Malvern for low-care residents is the opportunity to live in one of thirty multi-room Suites, either with a partner or friend (depending on care assessment eligibility), or simply to have some extra space. These interior-designed Suites have excellent bedroom and living area furnishings and an en-suite for privacy. A kitchenette or second bathroom may be available by arrangement. The Centre nestles in freshly landscaped gardens by John Patrick Design.
“We have some more residents joining us today and over the next few weeks. As we progressively open the Centre to more people, it will become a true community in the heart of Malvern“, said Michele Lewis. “We are having a morning tea here next week for all new residents, to welcome them and hear how they feel about their new home.”
Tours are available at the centres by appointment. Enquiries about securing a place at mecwacare Malvern, the Noel Miller Centre or The Sir Donald and Lady Trescowthick Centre may be discussed with Mr. John Moore, General Manager Residential, on 9563 6226. Eligibility criteria apply.
