mecwacare's team of qualified personal carers provides quality in-home support and care to promote independence and well being for people of all ages and abilities. These services are available across Victoria 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are tailored to meet the needs of each individual. mecwacare is an approved provider of Home and Community Care (HACC). mecwacare’s  support and care services include: Personal Care mecwacare step in and support when simple daily tasks like showering, dressing, grooming, preparing meals and shopping are too difficult to manage. Home Care Help with general household tasks including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, laundry and ironing is available seven days per week Home Maintenance For residents of Cardinia Shire, mecwacare can assist with minor repairs around the home and basic maintenance. A home modification service including installation of rails and ramps is available following assessment by an Occupational Therapist. Shopping and Transport Whether it’s a medical appointment, social outing, shopping or just meeting for a friendly cup of coffee, mecwacare can get you there and home again. Respite Care Sometimes carers need a break. Respite includes help with light household tasks, personal care or companionship. Overnight and 24 hour live-in care are also available.
